Minutes from the meeting held on 17th August 2010
The Treasurer presented audited accounts for the end of the 2009/2010 season to the Committee. These are available for viewing to any member by applying to the Treasurer.
There was an average of 33 members per meeting last year.
The Programme Secretary presented a tentative schedule for the 2011/2012 season.
The Competition Secretary advised dates of the Gravesend Battle on the 13th December at Gravesend and the Ross Cup Competition on the 20th November.

Our new season starts on Wednesday 8th September.
Please bring 1 print per person for the 3rd meeting on Wednesday 22nd September
Miss. Nathalie Banaigs has requested help on the Friday night, 3rd September, to set up the 365 Days of Faversham Exhibition in the Drill Hall prior to the Hop Festival.
Members can also assist during the exhibition by providing an informative / security role.
